Music at Sanctuary

Open Mic Nights

Our next 3 open mic nights are October 13, November 10, and December 8 from 6:30-8:30p. These evenings are full of music, story telling, jokes, and other amazing talents. All are welcome to come and show off or just sit and enjoy.

The Band

All of the music we sing in worship is led by our awesome band. We currently have about 20 musicians that rotate in and out, but always welcome more! We specifically need guitarists, pianists, drummers, singers, and bass players each week, but we can also always find room for other types of instrumentalists.

We have kind of a jam band vibe, only really rehearsing before worship on Sunday mornings and afternoons. But we have occasional times during the year to get together and rock out to music we’re learning or old tunes we’re brushing off.

Bell Choir

Our bell choir is full of ringers (get it?) who provide special music occasionally throughout the year, especially around Christmas and Easter. No amount of familiarity with music is necessary to join. Sarah will show teach you everything you need to know! We’ll be starting up again in October to begin gearing up for the holiday season.

Behind the Scenes

Even if the music gene skipped over you, there are a lot of ways to support music at Sanctuary. If you're interested in sharing other talents or learning a new one, here are some of the opportunities. Contact Sarah to get started.
